Today we’re reading up on this piece from Zen Habits on what it means to try something. And they don’t mean try something with the intention of winning or being the best. They mean trying something for the sake of trying, and then possibly sucking at it.

“Turn to the feeling, and instead of trying to stop it or avoid it … try sitting with it (or running with it). Just be there with it. Let it be in you, give it space.”

What does it mean when we let go of our expectations? What does it mean to let go of the outcome? Maybe you could actually find peace in just trying.
