Last week, New York Magazine wrote about the normcore dining scene in New York. These are not “foodie” establishments and they’re not getting in on the “molecular gastronomy scene.” These are white-tablecloth, red-sauce, pre-packaged butter places that make you feel that fuzz feeling inside.
