Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more for domestic orders only. All State Bags orders are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts. We currently ship via UPS' various methods. Orders take one day to process and are shipped the business day following order placement. For overnight shipping please place your order before 12pm EST to guarantee next day delivery.
Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on international orders at the moment. To keep the costs of the international shipping down we have chosen Pitney Bowes as our carrier. Pitney Bowes will accept all customs and duty fees at checkout. International customers may see a Kentucky address as their shipping address. This is the address of Pitney Bowes' facility. The package will be shipped their first, then processed and sent to the customer. Pitney Bowes collects all necessary information based on what the customer entered.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, STATE Bags gladly accepts returns for a refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase (does not include shipping costs). Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please be sure to return items in the clear bags in which they arrived.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include sales taxes if your order has been sent to a destination within the US (does not include shipping costs). Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Sale merchandise is redeemable for store credit only.
We believe in our bags and we want you to as well! We have a one year warranty on all bags sold through our site. If you experience any damage outside of normal wear and tear, please let us know by sending a photo. We would be more than happy to send you a replacement. If you did not purchase your bag through our site but at a store that carries STATE, we will replace your bag if it was purchased within the last 90 days.
