Refund policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and have the original vendor tags attached.

A $5 return shipping fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your total refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that personalized bags and final sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment and will include any applicable sales tax. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund. Processing times vary by financial institution and are unfortunately outside of our control.
